Do you create fully custom pieces?

Absolutely. If you have a vision — a design, a combination, or something completely original — we would love to bring it to life. Every custom piece starts with a conversation. Reach out and let's create something made just for you.

What is your return policy?

Because most of our pieces are made to order and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized items. If there is a defect or an error on our end, we will always make it right — just reach out within 7 days of receiving your piece.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship worldwide. Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping within Israel, and orders over $500 receive free international shipping. Because beautiful things deserve to travel well.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every piece is handmade to order and crafted with care. Please allow up to 10 business days for production. That said, we always aim to get your order to you sooner — because we know you can't wait to wear it.

Can I personalize my jewelry?

Yes — and it's one of our favorite things to do. Most pieces can be personalized with a name, initials, or a meaningful date, turning something beautiful into something truly yours.
